Return Policy

We hope you never have to reach this point and that you are happy with your purchase. However, if there has been any problem, please write to us at MIMAEKIDS@GMAIL.COM specifying your order number, your email, your contact phone number, and the reason for the return.

MIMAEKIDS does not provide refunds except in the case of flaws or manufacturing defects. In that case, it can be done within the first 15 days from receipt of the order.
If you wish to exchange a product or model, this can be done within the first 15 days from the confirmation of receipt of the order. Mimaekids also issues a voucher for the value of the order, which will be valid for 6 months. Vouchers are sent via email.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The period for any exchange or return is 15 days from the date we confirmed the shipment of the order.
MIMAEKIDS reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that is outside the previously indicated period, or for items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Once the information has been processed, the product received at our warehouse, and we have verified that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed to send a voucher for the amount of the returned product, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance, or we will refund the amount (if the product has a clear manufacturing flaw) within 7 business days.

MIMAEKIDS reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the Website and Contents, or for the breach of these Conditions.
In general, the relationships between MIMAEKIDS and the users of its telematic services present on this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction and to the courts of Bizkaia.
